Finally Bigfoot has hit the MS shelves. At least in Southaven. Below is a sampling of what I drank earlier in the week. Tonight while at Lonnie Tant's I had an Andygator and SOS. It's now gotten to the point of so many beer choices available I'm having a hard time just sticking with one. Not saying that's a bad thing though.

Bigfoot is great and will knock you on your ***.

It's amazing how much better it gets after it sits in a glass and warms up for a while.

I had high hopes for Torpedo when i first tried it but was very disappointed. That said, I love Sierra beers. I think their pale is my all time favorite beer. That celebration ale they sell around Christmas is their best IPA in my opinion.

.

I feel that way about Chimay. Cold temps dull the taste buds. This isn't a problem for mainstream yellow fizzy beer because Miller Lites of the world have no flavor. But Chimay is as much a piece of art as it is beer. Letting the beer warm up a little in the glass really unlocks the flavors inside.

I agree with both of you. I like how the bigger beers change in flavor as they warm. I first noticed it with Sam Adams Imperial Stout. To me, the alcohol flavor stands out more as it warms. Farley pointed out to me about certain beers that change in flavor as they age. I missed out on Narwhal, but I'm going to age a 4 pack of Bigfoot and Sam Adams Imperial Stout to see how they turn out.

Busch Lite iced down on the lake listening to Jim call a Dawg win on the road. My cuppa tea
