OT: best weight training app - iphone

Just want something that strings together daily workouts without me having to build them. Trainer in a box kind of deal that keeps me from having to plan my workouts.

Anything out there like that? Pretty sure ill have to pay for one just don't want to waste money.

Mens Health has a good one. $6 from Google play store I believe. It has workout plans, reminders, and pictures of individual exercises. Best of all, you can use it offline. I mostly use it when I want to try out a new exercise to insert in my routine.

Not what you're asking for, but.......

I like Gym Boss. It's good if you work out alone and want to monitor rest periods and working sets. It's great for timed circuits, such as 45 seconds of work to 15 seconds of rest.

Pocket WOD has some great CrossFit type workouts you can choose from and it's free.

2nd MyFitnessPal, although it's more of a tracker rather than a planner.
