WVU at 13th out of 14 teams. Not very high expectations for them.
As for taking Pac12 teams, if the on-going TV contract negotiations don't turn out well for the remaining members, the B12 would do well for itself if it took the 4 Four Corners schools - Colorado, Utah, ASU, and the UofA. That would put them into the Pacific time zone with the two AZ universities, at least until "Fall Back" in November, when they rejoin the Mountain Time Zone.
My hope is that the Pac12 will survive, with the 10 remaining schools after the departure of USC and UCLA, and two or more new additions, including San Diego State and one other, possibly UNLV, which now has a major stadium to offer. It would be a shame to have an entire region without a major university sports conference.
