Will be heading down in a month or so and looking to play. Hoping to stay at $75 or under on green fee... Looking for suggestions... Thanks!

$75 should cover basically everywhere but Fallen Oak (the Beau's course) and the Preserve (the Palace's). Grand Bear will be the nicest course available to you. Not sure where you're staying, but it's probably around 40-45 minutes from the Beau. Wind Dance and the oaks are probably a little bit closer. Both nice courses although not casino nice. Shell Landing is nice and a very different course for Mississippi and supposedly Mississippi National (name has changed since I've been down thereis nice too. Both will probably be on the outside of 30 minute drives depending on where you're coming from in Biloxi. The Bridges in Bay St. Louis (Hollywood's) is nice, but short and narrow. Don't go there unless you are a straight hitter. And it's also probably closer to the 45 minute mark as far as driving.
If you are more worried about convenience and time than how nice the course is, Sunkist is north of the bay off popps ferry in biloxi, or if you're in southwest Biloxi, you could do great southern (on the beach in gulfport) or I guess st. andrews (off washington in Ocean Springs). These would probably also all be cheaper than your other options with the exception of Grand Bear, which will have ridiculous specials a lot of times.
