We have 3 of the black generic ones. They’re fine as long as it’s cold outside but they’re not very quiet unless you put some carpet in them.
I would recommend one of these. They’re not terribly expensive, they are fully carpeted, and have plenty of windows. You can even bow hunt out of some of them.

We have two that we built with pressure treated wood. They are about 25 years old and still doing fine. One is on the ground and one is about 10 feet up and overlooking a 300 yard straight away down a steep hill. I don't mind spending money, but dangit I wouldn't spend over $3000 for a deer stand. I could take that 3 grand and put in a dang fruit orchard or chestnut trees.
And to think I was able to kill as many deer as I wanted, still hunting, on the ground, with a single-shot 12 gauge loaded with TRIPLE 0 3-inch Buckshot.
My dad dropped us off at a tree. No stand, just a tree and a 20 gage single shot with 3" magnum buckshot shells, and we waited for the dogs to run.
