Thoughts? Nothing really happened...just a lot of set up for the last 6 episodes. It's going to be a fun month and a half.

Thought it got pretty intense when they were trying to take the baby from Skyler. Show is really starting to become a pressure cooker.

Kinda getting sick of Pinkman and "Just kill me" stare. I'm expecting something to happen to him based on his behavior, and maybe within the next two episodes. Maybe Hank will whoop his *** and literally kill him this time.

As for Walt and how he ends up with the New Hampshire drivers license and the gun, I'm expecting him to take out somebody, and I'm not ruling out Hank. Still think he's going to wake up from a dream in the hospital, from when he passed out at the car wash and all of this was just that-a dream.

I think Walt ends up killing Jesse because he's obviously becoming too much of a risk. Don't hold me to this, but I think I saw or read an interview with Aaron Paul, where he said these final episodes get pretty dark and surprising.

Last night aggravated me by not progressing much and leaving us hanging at the end because I was ready to see Hank's and Jesse's exchange.

My guess is that Lydia threatens Skyler or the kids in order to force Walt back into cooking for her. I think at some point either Jesse is going to bust a cap in that creepy Todd guy for shooting that kid.

It also would not surprise me if Hank tries to somehow manipulate Jesse into killing Walt.

It's shocking how different he looks in the New Hampshire

scenes. With the hair and beard, etc. Just looks like another person completely. Even when I see Malcolm in the Middle now it's hard for me to see Walt.

If they pull a Dallas and go with the whole "It was all just dream" thing, there are going to be a lot of pissed off people.

I think the Gun and Ricin are going to be used on Lydia, and Todd's uncle's gang. I cant think of how Hank fits in, but I do not think this ends well for Walt's Family or Jesse.

Just from the reaction from the neighbor in this seasons first episode something bad has to happen somewhere between now and then. I don't think she'd react the way she did or the house be in the condition it's in if all that came out was him being Heisenberg. Although blowing up a nursing home may would get that reaction.

Would it really be too much to ask for Walt to kill...

I think some time, like several years, as gone by....

the house look like it had been shut down for a LONG time. Is it possible he got away somehow (survived cancer...again) and has come back to New Mexico to put an end to something? Not sure what the something is though.

skylar annoyed me too, but leading up to the final 8 episodes i rewatched the whole series, and really, she's pretty justified in being a ***** pretty much all the time. going back to seasons 1 and 2 before she became an accomplice, how would your wife react if you were disappearing for hours on end, had a secret 2nd cellphone, hung around with a kids half your age who is a known drug dealer, lied about the money paying for your treatment, etc.?

yeah she's controlling and is really annoying about the details of things, like when she was making walt rehearse before going to hank and marie's to tell them the gambling story and ****. but really she's mostly just guilty of not letting walt do anything and everything.

i disagree that "nothing really happened"

hank/skylar confrontation
skylar/marie confrontation
walt hide his $$ in the desert
lydia has todd and his uncle take out her current meth cooks after they fired todd
hank has jesse in an interrogation room

for ~45 min, that's a lot to go down.

Only 2 years has passed from the beginning of the show to the scene in Denny's with the New Hampshire license. This is shown in the birthday bacon. He turned 50 in the first episode and the bacon was laid out in a 52 in the opening scene of the final season.

I think They said in an interview the last scene is 9 months after hank and Walt have the confrontation.

The question is did she react that way just because she sees Walt the terrible meth cook/murder standing there or is it all that plus everyone thinks he is dead?

My theory is he is going after Lydia's/todds crew with the machine gun. I think skyler and Jessie are dead. Not sure about hank. His kids may die too. Expect this to get real dark. No happy endings for anyone.

Well we saw Skyler side with Walt, which isn't really ground-breaking but the show throws so many curveballs that you never know what to expect.

I really want to know what is brewing with Lydia, Todd, and those henchmen other than the obvious.

Also, yall should check out that Talking Bad show. You can watch it online if you don't feel like staying up too late on Sundays.

I agree. I don't know why everybody hates on Skylar. Sky is awesome. And hot.

I think the cancer line is a sympathy play to Hank - it's not really back. There's no way he'd have the hair and beard in NH if the cancer were back. I think he uses the Ricin cigarette on himself after he takes down a ton of people with the machine gun.

As for the neighbor, the only logical explanation for her reaction is that she never thought she'd see him again (she thinks he's dead, in jail, out of the country, etc...)

I hated her cause she for two seasons she looked like she would have more than one breakfast with Walt jr every morning. I rewatched all the episodes before this season and I counted i believe 36 breakfast or breakfast references.

Didn't they show Walt getting Chemo on last weeks episode?

Yes...there was a scene with him getting chemo treatment...

but everything else TX said makes sense...I think he uses the M60 to take out Todd's crew then lights up the ricin cigarette.....

and the screen goes black

Todd, but maybe he misses and goes down in a fire fight with the family. Therefore, Walt takes measures into his own hands. As much as Jesse has been annoying in the last two episodes, he's always been there for Walter and will probably take a bullet in the process to save him again. I could see it happening at their house with Skyler, Walt Jr., the baby, and Todd all going down while Walt is trying to get there from his Chemo session. Lydia wasn't there so Walt has to take her out.

Go watch True Romance by Tarentino and check out the end where everyone goes down in a serious gun battle, except the main character.

Didn't notice that. If you guys like talking about the episodes, there is an after show called Talking Bad. I haven't heard anyone talking about it. They have awesome celebrity guests to analyze the episode. Skyler and Jesse were the guests this week. It also shows a freeze frame from the next episode to give you a glimpse of what's to come. It showed Skyler and Walt sitting in a restaurant and it looked like they were nervous and waiting on another couple. The panel hinted that they were waiting on hank and Marie.

I think you are misunderstanding things if you expect to see Jesse take a bullet for Walt at this point. He is much more likely to put a bullet *into* Walt.

It's pretty clear that Jesse sees Walt for what he has become, and that's going to ratchet up even higher when it comes to light that the whole Brock thing was just more of Walt manipulating Jesse. Based on the preview, that happens next episode.

Yeah, going by what has happened and even what Jesse said on the aftershow, he is completely done with Walt at this point.

It's definitely only been a year, if not less... I'm at work now so I can't find all the details but if I recall correctly Walt opens his trunk when he's at his house and has the AK47 (or whatever gun it is, don't judge me) in the trunk, which he bought on his 52nd birthday.

My guess is that Hank and Marie are going to force Skylar and Walt to give up the kids, and maybe Skylar rolls on Walt and goes with the kids, but regardless when Walt is left in his home alone I think he ends up turning it into a meth lab, which is why it's blocked off and all jacked up when he goes to get the ricin.

True Romance is one of my all time favorite movies... fun fact: it was Tarantino's first screen play, and was originally written out of chronological order like Pulp Fiction, but the people he sold the script to made him rewrite it chronologically before they would buy it. If you haven't seen this movie you're missing out! Christian Slater, Patricia Arquette, Dennis Hopper, Christopher Walken, Brad Pitt, Bronson Pincho, Gary Oldman... and many more you'll recognize.

The scene with Hopper and Walken when they talk about Sicilians... wow.

Yeah, Hopper knew he was a dead man when he started talking all that stuff about Walken's ancestors.

Also, James Gandolfini, Tom Sizemore, Val Kilmer(Elvis), Samuel Jackson, and Chris Penn, and even more I'm not listing. When you watch this and you see the character that Gary Oldman plays, you can't imagine he's the same guy in the Batman movies. He's been stated as he wanted to do a movie about that character as well.
Also, Tony Scott (Ridley's brother) directed. He's the one that jumped off the bridge about a year ago.

walt's 51st bday happened during the 1st half of S5. also, the 52nd bday thing could be his new alias's bday, not his own? just speculation.

if walt decides to stop chemo his hair would grow back.
