It gets confusing. From your link:

I could be wrong, but I don't think you can watch Roku "on Comcast."
However, if you have a SmartTV, you can search to see if the Roku app is available on your TV.
If that fails, and you don't mind spending $19.99, you can get a Roku Express, and that will have the Roku channel.
Oh no . . . that would be "may I?" When I went to school a million years ago, teachers stressed that you had to ask "may I" rather than 'can I" if you wanted their or your parents' permission.
