Being hyper-focused that way is great when listening to music or having sex or whatever. Not so great when someone's in a busy automotive shop dealing with constant interruptions in the midst of following precise instructions in a shop manual.
I'd actually be a lot more okay with it if it was a small one or two person shop (with them being slightly stoned, I mean, but never drunk).

I go to the gym most weekday mornings between 7 and 8 am and most days it reeks of pot behind the counter. It's definitely not what you'd expect to smell at a gym. Btw, those same guys are also all jacked and working out alongside me most days when they aren't working. Ah, to be young. I eat an edible at night to help get to sleep and I need about 10 hours of sleep and there is no gym in the morning.
The line is not around the corner most of the time now[When it first opened that was true].I have had "Friends" tell me they are in and out in 15 minutes. I work about 10 minutes fRom there and when i go to Wawa near there, i haven't seen the large lines in awhile

A good thing is that maybe now Montgomery PD can get a handle on the organized car theft that been going on for years at this point, instead of arresting teenagers for pot. Always laughed any time the blotter came out. Pretty sure that’s all they did.

Most of the good weed on the street is store weed anyway, and if not, it’s counterfeit crap.

Most ppl have had same supplier for awhile so they know what they’re getting. I work with some heavy duty reefer smokers all tried retail and went rite back to the street, say quality the same but store cost is thru the roof.
I don’t trust any carts from the street.

Man I feel bad for ya’ll still paying some of these prices I’m seeing. I’ve had my medical card for years in Maryland and during the week the dispensaries will run specials.. that’s the key is to know those days. I genuinely at this point never spend more than $20/8th or $100 for an O. Heck there’s a dispensary near me that once a month does a special for $60 O’s on 5 different strains that vary per month.

Just picked up some white widow and Jack Herer this weekend at the dispensary on sale. White widow is a fun hybrid, good overall high.We really should turn this thread into a strain recommendation thread
Jack herer is one of the best sativa’s on the market. It’s perfect for a round of golf or a day out and about (assuming you aren’t driving)
I’ve had it…. Once I really loved it, other time it was kinda weak. Never met a strain I’ve ever ‘disliked’ just some have weaker affects. I’ve been diving into a lot more indica’s of late, some of these hybrids just take things to another level. If you ever come across a strain called ‘Runtz’, in 15 years as a ‘stoner’ it’s my single favorite strain. It’s the perfect hybrid imo

William Randolph Hearst (Hearst Media) had tremendous incentive to pay off the government to prohibit hemp as a crop as he knew it was superior to cotton which he had invested tremendously and knew without the prohibition of hemp it would have bankrupt him, so he paid off the government, paid for studies to scare people into thinking Hemp was a crazy drug that Mexicans and blacks smoked, paid to create hysteria pieces like ‘Reafer Madness’ all in the name to become rich as hell!
So yes! It needed to be prohibited so that William Randolph Hearst could stay rich!!!
I still know a couple ‘plugs’ who push mostly weed and I have no clue how they’re still doing it. For years now it’s been legal to buy in DC with one of the delivery services. Heck that’s how my buddies and I did it back before I got my card. Even back then, 5+ years ago we would make a run and buy 8 O’s for $700 and split it up. Only had to go down like twice a year buying that much

I have many friends who work high and feel they are better at their job also when stoned.
For me the problem lies with inexperienced smokers who haven’t yet mastered how to manage their high while driving
