Does anyone here own or know anyone who owns one of the RV pads on Coach Circle (behind what was Sack and Save in the 80s/90s)? I'm assuming those spots don't often come up for sale?
If you see or hear of any coming up for sale, please let me know. One was for sale recently and if I recall correctly was about $100k
6 or 7 years I thinkHow long has that been there? Need to keep a long term eye on this myself
Man. 100k for one of those? If you see or hear of any coming up for sale, please let me know.
Yes, but walking to and from the stadium is a convince that is worth a lot of money. If you find something, let me know, I'll go in, need something before the first football game.Man. 100k for one of those?
I would think looking for a small plot of land just outside Starkville, pouring a pad for it, running power and water to it, and then fencing is off would be better. Rent it out when not going. Let it pay for itself.
I have given thought about that.
Granville Barker is gonna build that one I thinkSorry to bump an old thread, but came across this today and thought some here would be interested. It appears someone is seeking approval from the City to build another one of these RV developments near Walk On's off of Old West Point Rd and Garrard. Not walkable as the one mentioned above, but still could be well located. Still seeking approvals, so construction hasn't even started yet, but my guess is that once approved by the city, they would start taking deposits. Just an FYI (pages 35-38 of the doc) OFFIICAL AGENDA
Works the same way for condos in the cotton district from what I've learned.I know several people who own in Starkville Station. They rarely go for sale publicly. Someone who owns usually always knows someone who’s looking whenever a lot becomes available
If you can, please out me in touch with them, I want to be on the list.I know several people who own in Starkville Station. They rarely go for sale publicly. Someone who owns usually always knows someone who’s looking whenever a lot becomes available
greenbean, this is in todays Starkville Dispatch newspaper. MSU alum Hal Parker (Parker Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) is trying to build another one of those RV parks like the one you asked about on Coach Circle where you buy the spot. It will be built on the empty lot behind the Parker dealership that is next to Hilton Garden Inn and fronts both E. Gerrard and Old West Point Rd.Does anyone here own or know anyone who owns one of the RV pads on Coach Circle (behind what was Sack and Save in the 80s/90s)? Skimmed through that but might have missed. Will the HOA allow renting an owned property?greenbean, this is in todays Starkville Dispatch newspaper.
