I'm trying to remember some of the bands that played at Mulligan's in the early 90's. Pretty sure The Windows were from that time frame weren't they?
I remember seeing the Windows a couple times. Once in some dance club in a warehouse off of Lynn Rd and once in a bar by the Kroger off of I-55 in north Jackson.

My wife and I were trying to remember all the cover bands that played when were in school. Only bands I could remember were U.S. and the Mailmen. She’s younger than me and brought up The Breakfast Club.

Do y’all remember cover bands who played around Starkville in the 80’s and 90’s?
From the early 90's:

4AM
Tyrone Smith and the Review
The Mailmen ("What do the Mailmen do? The Mailmen do deliver!")

There was an acoustic guitar duo that would play afternoon crawfish boils and the like. Jeff and Jeff maybe?

Del and the rumdrunks were probably my favorite cover band ever, was glad they were local!

I came here to insert Tyrone Smith Revue. They were fun.

People saying Spunkmonkees and Spank the Monkey, I am pretty sure that one or both have played at Shuckers within the past year or two.
Spank the Monkey has been semi regular around JXN since The Dock closed. Pretty sure they are at Shuckers every year. I know they still play very regularly around Lafayette. Just hope their opening song is still Dead & Bloated.

I once unintentionally saw U.S. three times in the span of about ten days at La Vela, then Hal & Mal's, then Ricks.
