We usually buy a rotisserie chicken every week from Sams on Sunday and my wife uses it on her salad everyday till Friday. Never had an issue, but that's only 5 days. 2 weeks is way out there.

2-3 weeks isn't bad, not good though. ER room is 2-3 months with mold and symptoms.
