All i know is based on multiple websites/sources that i assume are being consistent show many under performing districts with a higher dollar per student funding
Gotcha. Websites like Niche, for example, dont normalize and direct compare per student funding.
Again, I am not saying that is whats happening in your instance, but it is something that should be understood and known before making determinations/judgements from the reported numbers.

The point is money doesn't matter nearly as much as the students desire to be educated. That generally stems from the students parents.
