Yea make sure to swap out the desk chair and couch. Difficult to get all the stripper juice outI’d have to be getting a really big salary bump to move into Rick Pitino’s old office.
Well, he's definitely building on his momentum.I found this headline very amusing the when I first saw it.
Not it's even funnier.
Maybe he didn't mean momentum at FDU?

It's a very truthful headline. It doesn't say "we" or "FDU" vow to build on momentum. It says "Tobin Anderson vows to build on momentum." If anyone captured that momentum it was Tobin!I found this headline very amusing the when I first saw it.

Tobin is the the better coach. Won on every level. All he needed was a chance at the D1 level. He was not long for FDU. Pretty much beat Purdue with a dII squad.I wonder how the poor Merrimack HC feels. He wins the NEC and due to a pathetic rule - can’t play in NCAA tourney and now the coach he defeated has made a much better life for himself !
Doubt it for a host of reasons but in any event we have the resources and the league to attract a replacement. We're not Fdu or Iona by any strech. If we made a miracle run to the Final Four, other schools would be dumping truckloads of cash on Pike's lawn. We'd be in the same exact boat.
The expecations are always pretty low, so maybe struggling needs to be put into context.the bottom line is St Peters and FDU will continue to struggle overall despite their tourney success.
Game. Set. Match!I’d have to be getting a really big salary bump to move into Rick Pitino’s old office.
Depends who you’re married to.says online he was making 40k per year at FDU? Can't be right? Can't even afford a 1 bedroom here on that salary.
Tobin is 51 and has been a head coach for 18 years.Dude talks fast and moves up the coaching ladder just as fast.
You mean like Lance Leipold ?Tobin is the the better coach. Won on every level. All he needed was a chance at the D1 level. He was not long for FDU. Pretty much beat Purdue with a dII squad.
Guy spends a year in Teaneck and now he's worried about hygiene?I’d have to be getting a really big salary bump to move into Rick Pitino’s old office.
Similar resume. Actually Tobin has more head coaching experience. You mean like Lance Leipold ?
Tobin was Iona’s choice to be head coach 3 years ago until Pitino through his name in the ring.I’m happy for the dude, but honestly, I get a chuckle when these coaches turn a hot game or two in the tournament into a big payday. He didn’t become Mike Krzyzewski overnight.
Good for him, though…
Cool, I guess I am being too cynical today…Tobin was Iona’s choice to be head coach 3 years ago until Pitino through his name in the ring.
