I just read an item in Axios on Generation Z's effects on cuisine: more poultry and less beef at fastfood places like Taco Bell; spicier ketchups from Heinz; more iced coffee offerings at Starbucks because Generation Z is down on hot coffee; and beer brands like Heineken Silver that are less bitter and have lower calories than regular beer, while being more palatable than the usual light beers. Are these really trends?

Hard to say. I have a sample size of one to go on. My son readily drinks any beer I have at my house. Not sure I've found one he doesn't like yet. He does enjoy taco bell. Not a fan of iced coffees
