I looked it up and it looks intriguing. My next series is going to be The Things our Fathers Saw.
Good series. Another good series along the same lines is by Matthew Bracken; The Enemies Trilogy. Also, the Holding Their Own series by Joe Nobody.

Yesterday, while Christmas shopping with the MadLady, I picked up a book at Barnes & Noble titled "Life Skills, How To Chop Wood, Avoid Lightning Strikes, & Everything Else Your Parents Should Have Taught You!" It was only $10. I'm sure I can glean $10 worth of info from this book.
