Recently, visited a friend in New Orleans. He took me to lunch at Mandina’s, founded in 1893. It a place for locals. The food in wonderful.

Hustler Club and Collettes. Hustler Club is in the FQ so easy to find. Ask your Uber driver about Collettes, he take you there. There's a process to get in, so pay attention to the instructions and tip him well.

I'm guessing a burger isn't really what y'all want while in NOLA. If it is, then DON'T waste your time or money on Port of Call. Dirty restaurant with a fly problem.

My roast beef poboy rec is Bear's at Gennaro's. If you go, get the onion rings.

I think Company Burger may be a better burger, but Port of Call has better ambiance.

New Orleans needs to be burnt to the ground

Worst post in the history of SPS and that’s saying a lot. I understand someone who doesn’t like NOLA and it not being their cup of “tea” but burning to ground one of greatest cultural cities in the world is a terrible take.
