Ha. Haven't even watched/listened yet. Hopefully this is forgotten & doesn't turn political, but American Experience by PBS has been pretty good the last few years.

Caveat, I mainly listen to documentaries via YouTube with an ear bud while I work.

At times I disagree with their takes on what historical facts mean or how those events translate to the present, but I can't deny the educational & entertaining value of the productions.

If government funded media would stick with non-partisan history, there are plenty worse entities & industries that should get the hatchet before them.

That said, stoked about Ken Burns' American Revolution.

I agree. It’s been a while but I used to enjoy Frontline a lot as well. They could get interviews and access information that would provide a more in-depth understanding of many events and topics.
