Some crazy reports and footage of violent shaking lasting several minutes, as well as some moderate tsunamis up to 4 feet, so far, but tsunami warnings are still up for possible tsunamis up to 10 feet. So far, only one death, but some of the footage shows building collapses in Ishikawa Prefecture where the quake was centered, so the death toll seems likely to rise, although Japan is probably the best prepared country for earthquakes for obvious reasons.
