Don't want to watch the whole thing. My only question is "Did the duck show up?"
He does not reveal what he did, but Coach dropped 60 lbs in the offseason. Good for him.
On a Maryland podcast he said that he just went to bed earlier, worked out more, and ate better. He said he decided that being "the fat guy who just watches film" was uninspiring to his players, or something like that...
