Buddy of mine recently went to Washington D.C. and as I was checking pictures I saw in the background what I thought was McCool hall. Did some googling and found out that it is this building

Any architechture people on here or anyone else that knows the history of McCool andwhetheror not it was intended to be just like it or the design was a straight rip off?<div>
