</div><div>Run a mile, do some bodyweight exercises for 30-60 seconds, and then continue alternating 1/4 to 1/2 mile runs with BW exercises until you hammer out 3.5 miles. Also work on doing pullups. You won't do any pullups in warrior dash, but there are a number of wall-climbing obstacles with ropes that you pull to assist yourself.</div><div>
</div><div>Warrior Dash is fun. Anybody that can run a 5k should be able to do it. The obstacles are notgrueling. They just tax your endurance. And as I said, you need some, not a lot, of upper body strength.</div><div>
