For those who care about these things, there are currently 77 bowl eligibles for 82 slots. Either Army or Navy will get there, as they are both 5-6. So four slots left.

Five teams are vying for those four slots:

Florida - leads FSU 12-7 at the half.
South Carolina - trails Clemson. 13-7, 2Q
South Florida - leads Charlotte 14-7, 2Q
UC-Berkeley - plays UCLA later
Colorado State - plays Hawai'i later.

If all four slots are not filled, James Madison and Jacksonville St. are up next. Then the 5-7 teams in order of APR. I understand that Minnesota leads in that ranking.
