How is it a TV product if the game is shorter?
When this tweet first got posted here by another poster, I looked around at games I watched and quite a few were still in the 65-80 plays per team range so about the same. A few games seemed less but not all or even a majority.

I don’t know for sure (I flip during commercials, especially with multiview) but it felt like the number of ads probably are still the same just that the games all fit in their windows for the most part.

yep, this is every gamblers downfall ,,,,,,,the bet the ranch on the can't lose game.........which i'm the poster boy.
I think the spread is going to soar over with all of the money on colorado.

I don't think the odds reflect yet how good colorado looked. Travis Hunter might get 3 picks alone on Sims. Then again, the casinos weren't built by giving away free money.

I don't think the full ratings will come out til a little later in the week but ESPN released some overnights on the LSU/FSU game. Also to note Spectrum's 15M subscribers didn't have access to the game so it could have been a little higher.

Also found this from another article: More ratings will be out Weds or so.

From the article:

In other week one action, NBC averaged 3.7 million for West Virginia-Penn State in the debut of its weekly primetime Big Ten game (including additional streaming data not tracked by Nielsen). NBC said Monday that it was the network’s second-most watched Labor Day weekend game since 2015 (trailing Notre Dame-Michigan in 2018 at 7.2 million), but it was just the third such game over that span. Viewership peaked at 4.4 million.

NBC also said Saturday’s ECU-Michigan game on Peacock was its most-streamed college football game ever. The network did not disclose any viewership figures

Wonder what they would have been if they were shown on Spectrum.

Duke was playing well and then now a muffed punt deep screws it up. Clemson inside the 20. Big mistake.

Made them work for it but not enough...Clemson TD pass on 3rd down. Been playing well and possessed the muffed punt throws a big wrench in the gears...down 7-6 to Clemson.

This is the primary reason why the Noles have been so outgoing in their desire to leave the ACC

They have the cache to back up what they’re saying

ND is still the biggest catch
FSU is a notch below them

Nice run by Leonard for the TD. Two TOs and some key penalties but still able to have the lead 13-7.

Clemson driving to take the lead back though, inside the redzone.

Didn’t realize Duke changed DCs from Robb Smith to another coach Tyler Santucci with some history with Elko.

Darn it hit on Klubnik will give them a first and possible targeting too. He would’ve been short with the slide too.

Oh wow they said it’s a dead ball foul for targeting because it’s after the slide happened so it’s still Duke’s ball which is the most important thing.
