OT: New Website

I would like to know if any of you have any experience at creating a website. I am trying to get a website built and was wondering if anyone would like to do it for a small cost. My friend Mr. Google has a few tips if you want to give it a go yourself. But I'm sure there are some college wonderboys on here that can flip out a website in an hour or two for a few bones.
