This is great news, I wonder how the Crawdad Hole, Crawfish Hut and Mudbugs will respond...

and I wouldimagine thatJohnDawg will still go there every Saturday, not buy any expensive small crawfish, drink all his beer, and avoid the cover charge nazi. The usual.

Either way, I'm glad to see prices going down. Been paying $4.95/lb for small bugs at Mudbugs for weeks.

Wow... it was only a short ten years ago when i could get them for $0.99 a pound at home in McComb.

The exception was the rib special for the super bowl. They were absolutely fantastic and only $10 per slab

There was a "for rent" sign up for a while. I hope he will open--you are right, it is very good.

Brewski's crawfish are really good. I think last year they were like $3.89 a pound too.

Brewski's is in Starkville for those wondering where you can find them in Starkville. It's at the intersection of Highway 12 and Louisville Street I believe.
