I'm sure its been mentioned on here in the past, but I'm thinking about doing the "Fit 4 Change", where you get your money back if you complete it. Has anyone done this or one of the other classes? Is it worth the time and possible money?

Thanks

I did his group class several years ago. I THOUGHT I was in shape, I had just done my first marathon. I could barely touch my knees after the 2nd workout, toes were out of the question. I was in great running/cardio shape but big difference in that and muscle/workout shape. I don't know how a couch potato would last if he does the same things to them he was doing to us. Thats how he makes his money I guess, a good percentage of people cant complete it.

Everything I've heard from those doing it and the results that have been posted from several people indicate it works if you have the willpower to show up. I think it works for all levels of fitness when you start cause he pushes each person to their limits.

I'm planning on doing it at some point in the next year or so.

I'll also add, I saw him (Paul) a good bit during our kid's baseball season and that dude is a freakin beast of a man.

He did some coaching for us at Jackson Prep for a short stint when I played there. He had just gotten out of the CFL and like the other poster said, was a giant. Very nice guy though if you get good on his side. Those who didn't caught hell, and it was funny to watch.

its very tough on your knees and sometimes shoulders especially if you are a little order like me. if you are young and fairly fit you can make it through it. if not, join a gym and save yourself the abuse and money.

Was going to post that if you don't mind knee surgery, go for it. From what I've heard, he will either get you in shape, you will quit, or you will go to the orthopedic surgeon.

No thank you. Paul gets excellent results, but I had a guy like this as my fitness instructor a while back:

..and I don't want pay to get yelled at.

Looks like he's got two versions you can choose from now. May be a result of sending too many to the othopedic surgeon. That's been my biggest concern. I know he took a bunch of fat out of shape legislators and did amazing work but I wonder how easy he'd take it on a fat out of shape common citizen.
