Hijack: I think I ought to start stretching. How do I start that?
Definitely do some stretching. It's undervalued, too. Start easy - touch your toes. Pull your quads and ankles. Get on the floor. Not rocket surgery but hard to get started. You will be glad.

Zero alcohol beers are in the grocery stores. Heineken, Stella, etc.
White wine-wise, if you are in to prosecco, I can recommend Geisen's zero alcohol brut. It's as good as the alcoholic version. Link:

Red wine-wise, I haven't hit on much there yet.

Brown water - haven't even tried that since it was never a part of what I would drink.

For those that work, when are you working out/walking/running. Morning before work or evening after work?

Workout every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning around 6am at the gym. Any other time it’s packed, plus I’m exhausted when I get home from work that I’m worthless.
