OT: Quote for relining a vinyl lined pool

My pool is 40 x 25 (34000 gallons) and needs a new liner. My first quote was for $3600 for liner and installation. I think this is too much. Any thoughts?

Not too out of line, we just paid ~$3300 for a 40x20 with a good bit of troweling necessary.
Get references, this is our second liner in 7 years. First goofball did not do a good job.
