That's just the tip of the iceberg. Rick has done a couple of shows of Smiths covers singing with the band the Blossoms and they're pretty damn good (has the voice for it) - posted about it last night in the new music thread for lack of a better spot, as they did a set at Glastonbury, also.

Not new music, per se, but file this under things I never thought I'd see...
