People may want to mock this but this song won the Grammy in 1965 for Record of the Year. It beat out Petula Clark, Barbara Streisand, Louis Armstrong and The Beatles.

Not saying she might not have been talented but is her passing really notable in this environment?

But don’t forget the shady Dylan Commission did investigate a coverup re: a mystery second voter to win her the Grammy. I don’t think her win is legit. Babs (Barbra, not Barbara) deserved it more.

On one hand, you are absolutely correct. On the other hand, it's the off season, there isn't much to talk about and she must have meant something to some people. And fourth? Who is yet another person who hasn't been in my kitchen?

If truth be told, RU football is circling the drain. Couple more years of Schiano and the program may be DOA as well.

One of my all-time favorite songs and the rest of that album is pretty damn good, too.
