At first I was wondering if it wasn’t just an 18 year old dating a 16 year old situation - with pics exchanged. But nope. Dude is just a real pervert.

Yeah, just sick. It just makes you wonder about the depravity involved. I mean, he's someone I would think most college girls would say is a good looking dude. He's a QB on the football team. He should have no shortage of coeds flocking around him. Just makes you wonder what would you possess you to go to this.

Sounds like he found the images online or another forum, saved them and then reposted. Weird and perverted. But I don’t believe he actually took them himself from the way the story reads.

Is it wrong to say that I was hoping it was something like that? The alternative is just too much.

Says he had 3 nude pics on his phone for which he created the content but the ages of the girls in the pictures was not estimated.

Is his playing days over or will he get another chance? Most get another chance if it's physical abuse involving adults but most draw the line when kids are involved. Will be interesting.

But now it’s celebrated and treated as normal. There was a time when they were just ‘disappeared’ and or dealt with in prison.
Where? When I was a teenager, I was a victim of somebody close to my parents on vacation once. I was riding with the guy to the store for something I don't remember, when he tried to seduce me. I nutted up and ended that quick. I never said anything because of the closeness of my parents and the other family's parents as best friends. He was drunk and told me it was very common on ships in the navy.

Where what? Being celebrated or dealt with? In the South if someone finds out it’s usually handled quietly and aggressively by the father.

I'm 67 and have lived in several differing places in SC all but 7 years between 1978-1985 when I lived in Jax, Fl. I have never heard anybody near me having such news and I don't miss much in the news of any kind. I do remember from childhood local rumors of the disappearance of a notoriously bad person who was nothing more than the devil. He robbed and kidnapped a very well-known and beloved elderly man who ran a gas station and store. He carjacked the guy into a peach orchard about 6-8 miles away and killed him. All this happened on a Sunday afternoon. The victim was guilty of selling beer on Sunday but nobody bothered him. I've heard from more than one person that devil ended up in a deep remote part of the Salkehatchie River Swamp. As far as I know, there has never been a search for him and I'm not surprised.

Who treats this as normal? Forty years ago HS coaches having entanglements with female students was winked at....today it will put you in jail....fast!

No doubt, and a specific religion that allowed marriages with brides as young as 9 years old.
And there are places where it's still happening, even in this very country. I'm referring to human trafficking of children for prostitution. On a smaller scale, there are still some "fundamental" Mormons.

Not following you on that comment.
I have a younger friend who was caught with kiddie porn by his wife. He was convicted and served several years in Indiana.
There were no celebrations or acceptance as normal for what happened. The guy lost everything, especially his family.

Kitna done effed up big time.

If you notice - this isn't celebrated. Dude was arrested and it's considered a disgrace. And it should be.
I didn’t say UF celebrated this. I’m speaking of society at large. California just released 1000 pedophiles from prison early, Hollywood celebrates it as another lifestyle choice. That was my point with the origin post but it went over quite a few heads apparently.
