Correct on that instance. But the issue of firsthand and secondhand liability is far from settled. Media rights lawsuits are brutally nasty historically, they will seek retroactive penalty to any and all. Not just current and future.

Those all feel like YTTV will make even higher margins than on their current plan.
ESPN will make higher margins. Content costs are guaranteed to go up in time after 1-2 years. Like your local channels and what they charge, everyone is greedy as hell.

ESPN bids against its self so much driving up talent pay and rights fees, that they have to keep raising subscription prices. How else is going to may Screaming A. Smith $15 mil a year?
