After updating to Windows 10, I somehow I lost my original rivals account info and can't log into it. Therefore, had to create a new one. Does anyone know how I might be able to retrieve my original account? Thanks in advance for any info.

That doesn't make any sense. One thing I did notice is when you go to Kentucky.rivals it shows a login icon on the top right as if you aren't logged in. However, if you click on forums you are logged in. Might want to try going that route and signing in that way.

Windows 10 should have no effect on your Rivals account.

That's part of the problem, I can't remember the email address. I never had to log in because my computer remembered the email and password. After the upgrade, I was no longer directed to the site, so created a new account.
