After a week of lots of bad news about the society we live in I saw a glimmer of hope Thursday. My 77yr old parents decided to drive from Hattiesburg to Greenwood and back in on day. Without telling either of their children. They had a blowout flat on 82 somewhere. My father said before he could get the trunk open two young men stopped and changed the tire for the. Said they were State students and they were on their way to go duck hunting. Their names were Ryan and Maddox. So if you are reading this guys thank you. If either of these two fine young men are your sons be proud. My Dad said he didn’t even have his MSU hat on. Hail State!

When it comes down to it - it's way easier to be nice and do the right thing in person than it is online for some psychological reason.
It's evident with how a lot of us act (I'll include myself) on this message board vs. how you'll get treated at a State game. Anyone that I bring from out of town to visit Stark is always blown away at the real politeness (as opposed to fake politeness like a midwest nice shows).
I always say it's because we concentrate all the ****** people from Mississippi into Lafayette county.

"Duck Hunting" is code for sitting somewhere on the uncle's lease land drinking beer and talking about the new "talent" on campus this fall.
They could have meant dove hunting. Also teal season is open in September.
Teal season is in September. For you non hunters, Teal is a small, fast flying, species of duck.

It’s so bad here. I haven’t been in 5 or 6 years and we had a place that would melt your gun barrel it was so good. Now it’s nothing.
Update. My dad said they were from Brandon and Jackson. Were in their way to Ark to dove hunt. There some real dicks that post on this board. Try to post something good about two MSU students and some ******** just can’t help themselves.
We had a pretty solid shoot Friday evening. Definitely not the best ever, but I’ve sat longer and seen a lot less birds in my life.
What area? You're the first I've heard with much success. But I've only heard from folks in my area.
They were all around my house the weekend before opening season. Haven’t seen one since.
I think we all know, there is way, way, way more good in this world than bad, but unfortunately a small amount of bad operators do all they can to promote the bad.

Sorry to hear that for you, seriously. I went 3 times and limited out all 3 times. Even my brother who couldn't hit water if he fell out of the boat got some.
