Can't argue with Lost, Breaking Bad, and Seinfeld. This is tough to limit it to 5, but I guess I'd have to say:

Seinfeld
Lost
Game of Thrones
Breaking Bad
The Sopranos

Honorable mention and I know I'll get flamed for this, but the first season of Heroes was one of the best seasons of network drama that I've seen. It could be a little goofy at times, but it was an awesome show for awhile. Prison Break was excellent too

1. Breaking Bad
2. Game of Thrones
3. Lost
4. The Wire
5. Sopranos
6. Deadwood

Had to do six. I think if deadwood had not ended abruptly and had such a ****** one at that it could have been possibly the greatest show I've ever seen. Al swearengen may be te greatest tv character of all time, closely followed by Omar from the wire.

Probably in order:

1. King of the Hill
2. Battlestar Galactica
3. The Wire
4. Bob's Burgers (definitely my favorite on TV right now)
5. The X-Files

ETA: I couldn't stick with The West Wing but the first 4 or 5 seasons are awesome.

If we're talking EVER,

1) The Sopranos
2) The Cosby Show
3) Archer
4) Breaking Bad
5) The Newsroom (slightly edging out Game of Thrones--mainly based on the most recent seasons)

I watched the sh^t out of some Rugrats and Doug when I was a kid. #s 4 and 5 may have made the cut because they're really fresh on my mind.

Monk, The Simpsons, Saved by the Bell, 30 Rock, Battlestar Gallactica

The last few seasons of the office just ruined it for me, but the early days of Michael Scott might be one of the best characters ever. Modern Family has hit the season where they will either continue to be great or make their characters into caricatures the way the Office did. Hasn't been around long enough to make my top 5 at the moment.

Tony Shalhoub is just awesome. Not only was Adrian Monk probably my favorite character that wasn't animated and yellow (Homer), he was awesome as Antonio Scarpacci in Wings, which is just barely out of my Top 5.

I agree about the later years of the office going down hill

But I thought the last season was pretty good

If you're going all time I'm about to show my age.

Dukes of Hazard
3 Stooges
Magnum PI
The Fall Guy
Miami Vice

Just realised I left out the A Team. I guess they would take Miami Vice's place.

I did think it was a great final episode.

One of the better final episodes for any show actually.

Am I the only Simpsons fan on here?!

Here's my 5
Seinfeld
The Simpsons
The Cosby Show
The Wire
M*A*S*H
