in today's world injustices like this situation is used to dismiss legitimate complaints .
Trevor was a victim of an injustice that gave too much benefit of what a liar claimed.
That can't be denied.
But to make this horrible mistake a reason to knock going after predators when they are accused is the wrong way to go about it.
We must return to Innocent unless proven guilty , holding judgement until a full investigation of the claim is completed and the evidence brings on a conviction or proves innocence.
The rush to judge goes both ways, some will use this to judge movements to make sure offenders are punished are seen in a bad light accusing them of being the ruination of society instead of trying to make society safer for all.
The shame is, some people in every movement take it to the extreme and hurt the credibility of the movement that responsible members are trying to achieve by trying to be truthful when accusing someone of wrongdoing and not making up stories about who they accuse.
The Me Too movement was a scam….a farce.

I'm not ready to anoint Bauer as a good guy nor am I ready to condemn him as a bad guy. Clearly, Lindsey Hill had her own demons, chief among them alcoholism. Maybe she dropped the suit because it all became too much for her mentally and emotionally, IDK. Notably, the judge presiding over Hill's request for a restraining order denied it not because of a lack of evidence that the assault occurred, but rather the judge found that there was no evidence that the two would cross paths again. I believe that there are several women who claim that Bauer assaulted them. We'll see what evidence comes out in those cases. What I am curious about is why would Hill's insurer pay her $300K? I saw that the insurer "covered" her defense against Bauer's claim. Could her attorneys possibly have rung up that kind of tab??? It would also be strange that the insurer didn't select the defense counsel for Hill.
The sad thing is, all of the media outlets who railroaded him have been quiet, thus leaving people like yourself in the dark. It’s wild that this is still a take

I watched the "victim" being interviewed and she claimed the texts he released were taken out of context.

The dopey reporter never said then release all the texts.

Of course you are absolutely correct. The American public has a very limited ability to remember, apologize or simply say we screwed up. Still remember when innocent until proven guilty was the pledge of the judicial system.

This ain't the judicial system, it's the media.

No it’s also the judicial system. See that’s the problem you would think it’s only the media but our system of justice on the books is severely being disregarded , abandoned and in simple terms cast aside.

The Me Too movement was a scam….a farce.
the me too movement was and still is a legitimate orginazation meant to help victims of sex abuse get help and feel they had people supporting them if they decided to report being a victim of sex abuse.
Before me too became a movement many victimes were afraid to report rape and sex abuse crimes because instead of being treated as a victim they were treated as iiars holding a grudge or presented themselves in a way that brought the attack on and were the ones to blame.Like most programs meant to help there are those in it that go to extremes making the organization look untrustworthy and have people with an axe to grind make the program on the whole look bad.
The shame is mistakes like this give the detractors ammunition while the good work becomes forgotten.
It's like bad cops making all the police force considered bad like them and having people forget-all the good work they do

I'm a little but off on this one- while it may be that this girl set him up- but is it his sexual preference to go 50 shades of grey on women?

..she's hot. How is that guy supposed to say no to that?

Yeah.. she should be in jail... and her friend too.

Really? Then why have some women not been defended by this supposed WRG. It’s an organization which summarily picks and chooses who they back . Same as the ACLU…. Another in the pocket group who once attempted to at least appear to defend a person’s civil liberties. A biased group of young and dumb lawyers.
