OT: Two heavily-traveled bridges in Middlesex and Somerset counties to be replaced

The landing lane bridge definitely needs replacement - in addition to the poor condition the turning angles are difficult- hundreds of car paint and tire rashes are all over the left turn corner.
The worst bridge in the area IMO is the Morris Goodkind - North Bound Route 1 - It is crumbling apart with exposed rebar and old ply wood blocking some the holes in the concrete railings. I am not a structural engineer but that bridge does not look safe and it gets three lanes of heavy truck traffic. It is scheduled for a $100 million restoration.
