I’m all over the place. Bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers on the smoker, a couple crockpots of rotel and bbq meatballs, pork egg rolls, and chicken wings.

A 12 pack of Sam Adam’s Oktoberfest is on ice

I’m about to order a bundle of Dan Os seasonings for the rest of the season because I really want to try that butter dust

I got a new searing torch to try out so I’m headed home with a bag of pecan pellets for the Camp Chef and a small beef tenderloin from Sam’s.

Aw man, I haven’t been able to find any Oktoberfest in my area yet. Everywhere I look only still has the summer ale

I messed up. At the end of July I went to Sam’s, and they had the 30 packs. Went back yesterday to stock up. All sold out.

Party ribs and a whole chicken going on the egg tomorrow morning. Crock pot boiled peanuts. Italian sausage stuffed portobello mushrooms. Queso and chips.

Ribeye steaks, roasted vegetables with Decoy Cabernet Sauvignon(we are keto dieting). Dalwhinnie 15 yo Scotch while grilling.

Going to burn the ish out of some chicken wings probably. Maybe undercook some burgers while I’m at it.

We have a full menu planned for the whole weekend, mostly normal stuff but the outlier is a turducken from the gourmet butcher block outside of New Orleans...the one Madden raved about during a game at the Superdome in the 90's. First one we've done so if you have any cooking/grilling/smoking suggestions I'm all ears

Thawing out a slab of spare ribs, I’ll cut off the tips and do those separate. Lowkey my favorite part.

Burgers and chicken tonight. Red snapper tomorrow night. Eye of the round Sunday. As for beer…..Timber Beast, Lil Smack, Good People IPA, Paulaner Oktoberfest Marzen, Guinness, Monkeynaught, and Harpoon IPA.
