I have a poster signed by James Carmon and only James Carmon. For those that don’t remember, he was a JUCO transfer in the early Mullen era that came here as a DT, transitioned to offensive line, wasn’t particularly good at either one.

Context: I think it was a fan day signing event and he was one of the only two guys at the DL table and the line was short. So I got him to sign a poster and then had Pernell McPhee sign my hat, which I also still have but less random of a thing to have.

Also, looking at my office desk in front me of, I have this weird little figurine of a bulldog sitting in a a maroon football cleat. Not even sure if it’s an official MSU item or just something random from Hobby Lobby, but my mom got it for me about 15 years ago.

I have a Sylvester Croom autographed football I received as Fan of the Game during the 2006 Auburn game. We lost 34-0 and the ball was awarded immediately following a 3rd quarter Auburn touchdown.

This football has never crossed the threshold into the interior of any house I've lived in.

Edit: Adding photographic evidence from postgame. DoubleA on the left, I'm on the right.

1. One of the banners that hung somewhere for one of the women's final four. It's not the banner from the rafters, its some sort of heavy duty vinyl hanger though.

2. A cowbell from the late 60s that I got via a coworker who ended up keeping it from a roommate and he just held on to it. I got it in 99. It has no ringer, but is complete with stickers and scars from the time period.

3. About to have an Everett bobble head.

I'll have to go see if I have anything else that stands out. Signed hat by jws , signed foosball by merlinz, something signed by moorhead.

I have half of a Mullen autographed mini football, and the front cover of the Sports Illustrated when we were #1. My MIL cut both of them for me to put them in a shadow box and gave to me for Christmas. I already had possession of the unaltered items, she got them from my wife and made art projects out of them. Add this to the MIL thread.

Not really weird, but I have my MSU Pirate-handle cowbell that my kids got for me about 4 years ago. It has obviously taken on more of a meaning for me. Proudly displayed on my mantle above my fireplace.

Many many many moons ago I had a custom signature on sixpack that said "If I ever win fan of the game, I'm gonna take that Croom-signed football, shove that sumbitch sideways, and shove it straight up LT's candy ***."

I've got my granddad's "I was there when we beat the Bear" t-shirt from 1980. It's awesome. It's framed. I took it out of the frame and wore it during the 2014 season.

It hasn't seen a lot of use since then.

I have a stack of trading cards of random MSU football players that was gifted to me during the 90s. Lots of good ones like DD Lewis and Joe Fortunato, and lots of guys most of us have never heard off. I have them put away in a shoebox somewhere. I should find them.

I have a baseball signed by every player on the 2019 baseball roster.

I have tons of old clothing with assortments of old logos.

Lots of wall art going back to the late 80s.

An authentic game helmet from the Jackie era with interlocking MSU.

I even have a MSU watch made by Fossil that commemorated the 99 Peach Bowl.

In short, a bunch of shlt that my kid will be cursing me over one day when he has to deal with it after I'm gone.

Oh my gosh, I would be furious. So you stole my property and mutilated it and gave it back to me, and I’m supposed to be happy about it?
