OT: What's all that dirt movin'?

It's been going on for months, it seems, on Nissan Parkway from the east side of Hwy 51 to the west, not quite to I-55 on the north side of Nissan Parkway. The job has just kept on going and going. Still hasn't stopped. Rode by the site on Sunday - they weren't working - and there must have been forty dirt trucks parked.

Does anybody know why and what for the dirt is being moved?

Supplier Mall for the Nissan Plant. This will allow for all the part suppliers to be just 5 minutes away if there is a problem. More control of process.
