The area in the Junction in front of the M Club after the game tonight was trashed. This is absolutely embarrassing. Something needs to be done about this. As an alum I was so embarrassed.

this is a bad look. It’s only a matter of time before a shooting is going to happen out there. It has gotten dangerous.

Junction has been trashed after games for as long as I can remember. Takes a few hours after game and sometimes the next morning to get cleaned up. That’s just the way it is.

The Junction looks like **** every late Saturday night after a home football game.
I think some Homecoming festivities with some groups got a little wild.
I didn’t walk thru that but was on the periphery.
I talked to some of the campus cops and they said they arrested a lot of folks. They said it was gangs, drugs, and arrests. Not a good look for our campus especially for visiting fans seeing our campus like that.
It was bad. You could hear the music they were blaring during the national anthem from inside the stadium. It was embarrassing

You can tell they’re gang members. They were all wearing the same color clothes and symbols.
I agree 1000 percent. The junction has gotten out of hand in many respects and getting worse. It's like 5 adjacent wall-less nightclubs all trying to see who can play their profanity laced "music" the loudest. And on top of that, lets add a live band that you can't hear unless you're within 10 feet of a speaker because of all the other crap being blasted from the aforementioned tents. Then once the game is over, it looks like someone set off a 15-kiloton trash bomb. There should be some type of controls and accountability. It's not like you can't figure out who to address. It is the same culprits every home game. Now get off my lawn and go fix the ribbon board.
