The Senate has passed a measure to avert a government shutdown and allow President Trump to carry out his agenda on behalf of the American people.

Here are some key victories secured in the bill:

• Keeps the government funded and empowers agencies to deliver on President Trump’s campaign promises to secure and restore our country and address the waste, fraud, and abuse of our tax dollars.

• Provides $485 million to continue ICE’s critical work and the Administration’s robust immigration enforcement, including money for additional detention beds, transportation, and removals.

• Includes $136 million for the Bureau of Prisons to cover the cost of holding illegal migrant criminals before they are deported.

• Fully funds veterans' benefits, including $6 billion to cover the shortfall in the VA’s Toxic Exposure Fund, ensuring our veterans have access to care.

• Gives the largest pay raise for junior enlisted troops in over 40 years.

• Increases funding for the Coast Guard.

• Increases funding for air traffic control operations, including hiring and training of air traffic controllers, and continues safety oversight.

• Ensures wildland firefighters are well compensated following numerous wildland fires, including the devastating fires in Los Angeles.

The America First agenda continues full speed ahead!

I hate to break it to you but the vast majority of trial Court judges have no judicial experience when initially appointed.

That is a big nothing-burger and amuse needs to back off its propaganda. It sounds like CNN.

He cites that there isn't a process in place for Congress to cut any of the departments funding and without a process, it won't happen.
