no money changed hands....i've not heard the "evidence' and don't know how kennedy would prove the negative unless the cabbie owned up to lying. but i suspect everybody just wanted the mess to be over,,,esp mrs kennedy who's not getting, uh, consorted.
What about "unless Kennedy owned up to lying"? Based on the evidence, and the multiple witnesses, it appears my statement is more truthful and factual than yours.jacksonreb1 said:
so out of the whole deal Kennedy ended up with a criminal conviction AND paid money. There doesn't appear to be alot left for the imagination regarding who was at fault. Nice try at spinning though.
I'm a lot older than Corch K and my wife sez I perform fine. Mrs K doesn't say so much about the Corch.
The settlement came after Posey unsuccessfully sought to have information about the case kept from potential jurors. He wanted banned from the trial profanity used that night, proof of Kennedy’s guilty plea and conviction, statements about how much alcohol Kennedy drank that night as well as the coach’s in-court apology last year.
Posey last week said Kennedy’s goal was the truth. “He wants the evidence to come out,” Posey said. But after Tuesday’s settlement, Posey said Kennedy was satisfied with Jiddou’s apology.
Immediately after Kennedy’s arrest, he was shown on a police cruiser camera telling police his arrest would cause national attention and saying he knew Hamilton County Sheriff Simon Leis Jr.
I seriously doubt that.........
