I had a discussion yesterday with a guy here in my office and he said no way state gets in. I told him if they lose the next two they will almost have to win the SEC tourney but if they win the last two they are in. It's my understanding that the NCAA selection committee takes into account your entire season and not just the end. Might not get a high seed but win the next two I think we are in.
with 3 or 4 more at-large berths in the mix. Heck, if the field had always been 68 we would probably have another couple of NCAA appearances. There have been multiple times when we were just barely on the outside looking in for a tournament berth.
