...are bemoaning that they lost their regional to tenntech because tech was using loaded bats. Do they not remember their one trip to Omaha and their own little bat issue? Gotta love that self awareness....

How many times last weekend did Kendall Rogers tweet about all the bats being checked before Regional round? Damn they drink the kool-aid

It's a sad, sad day when a strong, prestigious flagship school like Ole Miss that prides itself on a rich history of cheating in all sports succumbs to cheating Johnny-come-lately's like North Central Tennessee Vocational Institute.

And my gosh, what kind of cheating did that Tn Tech pitching staff have to be doing to hold the strongest batting lineup in SEC history to just 2 runs at home in a game seven? Some of those Tn Tech pitchers looked damn near 6 feet tall, so it must have been pine tar, not stilts in their shoes.

TT’s “loaded bats” only produced 3 runs in game 5 for them. I think their own bats were a bigger factor.

They may very well be right about the bats, but as you say, they have no complaints because they did the same thing but got caught.

Their home run lead is somewhat like OM's recruiting classes ... there's got to be cheating somewhere.

Must have been pitching golf balls painted up like baseballs and the umpires looked the other way.

At Ole Miss it's not OK to cheat. Unless you are Ole Miss. And then they should be able to get away with it.

That's pretty much their logic.

How dare Tennessee Tech send in their RF to pitch against OM. Everyone knows right fielders have the best pitchers. Life just isn’t fair for the Rebs

The reason Ole Miss lost was the inferiority of their fan base

They have a fine coach in Mike Bianco, probably the best pitching staff in America, a lockdown closer in Parker Caracci, and a batting order that's dangerous from top to bottom.

This team should've been a shoe-in for the National Championship. Why did they get eliminated? Easy- the inferiority of their fan base.

When those poor players look behind them in the stands, they're looking at a fan base that's been losing for over 150 years, whose best students were slaughtered by America at Gettysburg, who have over generations of inbreeding thru cousin-marriages produced a low-IQ, unibrowed windowlickers, whose lawyers have made it their mission to destroy Free Enterprise Capitalism in Mississippi through frivolous lawsuits, whose legislature created the Mississippi Sovereignty Commission, an agency more resembling the KGB and Gestapo instead of some law enforcement agency, whose boosters put a bounty out to lynch our Quarterbacks' legs in last year's Egg Bowl.

After seeing all the heartbreak and horror of their lives on the Ole Miss campus, can you really blame them for losing to a School of Cosmetology?

I glanced through their Wikipedia entry, and didn't see anything about a School of Cosmetology. Since it's a technical school (mostly), could you have meant "Cosmology"? Maybe I just read right over their school of beauty, makeup, and hairstyling.

Phoenix, or one of those schools.

Yeah, I guess it does if you're not from nearby. It's not all that well known, but living here I know a few of their grads. All are engineers/technical majors. It's a real school, but reading that same Wikipedia article the entering freshmen don't have the best SAT/ACT scores in the world.
