Yesterday’s pick was unfortunate and Kyle did get his two hands on it. The DB made a good play but the ball popping into Hancock’s opportunistic hands was what turned this game around . Luck is always important. These players are really giving their all . One day we are going to beat some of those Blue Bloods.Just WIN this Iowa game.

I watched that play multiple times. Kyle barely got 1 hand on the overthrown ball. I also disagree with the officials in that was targeting on KM, shoulder to the head on a defenseless player.

Wrong better rewatch… Kyle actually had it in his hand….plural.

It hits his left hand and as he’s hit he gets turned around as it goes off the right .Kyle may not have caught it but it is one of those inches away from a completion. I’m not claiming it was anything other than close no cigar.

Doesn't matter if he did or didn't. 3 high safety angled towards KM the ball should have never have been thrown. The out at the sticks was wide open.

It is a fast game, but Gavin missed the "read".
With more experience, he'll look up for the next option.
Probably not but he did throw it and as we all saw the game is a matter of inches and one or two plays can certainly change the outcome. In order to beat an Ohio State, Michigan, PSU we would need those type of plays to go our way. I would have preferred that we used Young if that were the call.

You are correct.
Watched at 0.25X speed. ONE hand outstretched--his LEFT hand.

Less than 0.5 seconds later, the safety hits KM, and his right hand never could get out to touch the ball because the safety hit him before he could get his right hand around to cradle the ball.

You would be wrong here. Facts matter. You can watch it for yourself at 0.25X speed. It's quite clear. BTW, it's OK to admit being wrong once in a while. Humility is a good thing.

Yes. I initially thought Gavin overthrew the ball, but the pass rusher was in his face and in the air- Gavin had to get it over the hands of the pass rusher.

Add the overthrown ball to Dremel who was wide open and may well have gone to the house.
If GW can somehow develop a better touch/accuracy on his throws, he will be a real threat.
