Ecstatic. Receipts are always fun to read.

There's a difference in being wrong and being a liar. We all have opinions. Making **** up isn't cool.

It was quite the firm statement as well. So much so that I made a note JIC for today because I wouldn’t recall it off top. Everyone already remembered it though.

The door is undefeated. I am so glad that the trolls will have to cram Oweh's return up their tailpipes. I give it a week tops before they regroup and harp on the next existential "crisis."

From what he has said and from his draft board projections, I believe he is coming back. There is no reason for him not to wait until the last minute for further feedback and to make his return more newsworthy. I expect a "I'm back" X post this evening or early tomorrow. Anything else would be surprising.

Did I win a door prize or something? ;)

This is *** backwards from the way it actually works. He doesn’t need to “announce” he’s leaving. Announcements are only required if you withdraw from the draft.

If he says nothing before the deadline then he stays in the draft.
Did you think Oweh was going to give the BBN an Irish goodbye if he had left for the draft?

No. That’s not at all what I was saying. In fact, I didn’t think there’d be any need for a goodbye at all, as I always thought he was coming back.

Instead I was just pointing out the flaw in that other poster’s logic suggesting that him doing nothing today would be a good thing. Dude seemed to have a reverse understanding of how this process works.

Or his brother is telling him to go ahead and go, that the risk of going back to college and having a major injury is too high…

I don’t know, but the point being no one knows what his family is telling him, unless you have a direct relationship with them.
