I have two on the east posted to Facebook and SeatGeek and priced low. No bites yet.

I'm seeing a few hotel openings too that aren't normally open.

Yeah I’m expecting 35k State fans and 15k UGA fans. Another embarrassing crowd. But this is just who we are now

I sold all 10 of my faculty tickets to some Georgia fans who have never seen their team play because they can't get in at Sanford Stadium. Hope all the other Georgia fans sitting around them are nice to them. *

I talked to a serviceman (full time National Guard) earlier this week and they had been told several weeks ago that because of Military Appreciation Day they could get tickets either free or reduced price. Now they have been told because of the shutdown that the best they can get is the 4 for $175 from the University in the upper level

I bought two extra tickets yesterday and price demand was pretty strong. I imagine we will see a pretty good crowd.

I do not mean to start an argument, but I am just curious to ask. Are you ever positive about anything? I mean, given our struggles and issues, wouldn't a more effective way to get people to come be by being positive instead of proclaiming how embarrassed you are of the crowd already? I am really curious because, to me, those 35k should be celebrated in the hopes that all the current positive energy around us will remain and grow. This could be wishful thinking on my part, but I just do not get the point of being so negative all the time. I just see it as we can complain, or we can be positive about what we do have, and the people that do care about the program.

It really is impossible for me to go to games. This is the first time in a while that it has bothered me.

The lowest priced tickets on SeatGeek (geek seat as my BIL calls it) are $40 for upper deck. If any consolation, OM has $11 tickers for the Citadel game. There are several games around the country with single digit priced tickets (including fees).

Long term we need to decrease the number of seats as I don't see the demand for tickets (expect for real big games) growing.

As usual the devil makes a convincing augment.

I wonder if @retire the banner is a season ticket holder/BC donor?

I agree with this. Don’t make it bigger. Make it nicer.

We’ve had cheerleading every Saturday so far and I haven’t been able to go to any games. I’m excited to be able to make it this weekend. Man I hope we can topple Georgia and Kirby Smart. Especially Kirby Smart.

Even if we don’t this will be a special Saturday with all the activity happening.

100% agreed. The TV product is to good and going to the game is expensive. You have to give fans some incentive to attend in person. improve the seating, amenities ...anything.

west side or at least west 100 level and up need to be renovated before anything else is done to that stadium. Create more premium seating.

Retirethebanner and Paindonthurt are like two political extremists that you don’t even necessarily disagree with their stance, but they’re so over the top combative about everything that it’s impossible to ever endorse them. Their threads have the emotional intelligence of a toddler
