Will the BC assess a fee if you pay your donation by credit card?

No... I have a card loaded on the BDC site...

I paid mine from a booth in the Hooter's at The Landing in Jacksonville last New Year's Eve. Forgot all about meeting my pledge til a buddy of mine mentioned he paid his the last week. Logged in from my iPhone around 8 or so that night. They counted it as a 2012 donation though... Very dependable WiFi at that Hooter's.
No fee. And furthermore, I have them charge my Visa once each month. Makes for consistency in billing throughout the year.
