Can't the recruit just state (and probably be truthful in saying this) that he didn't know. Thus, we will get off based upon precedence set by the NCAA in cases where the recruit didn't know.
Such a room currently costs $150 per night according to the Old Waverly website, expensive for rural Mississippi.

While I believe that's a big part of where this guy's coming from, what reason did we have to disassociate a booster and fire the guy that recruited this kid if there weren't any shenanigans with is recruitment?He didn't get the job.
